So I'm over 40 weeks pregnant, and no contractions?

I've been through weeks of long restless nights with 4 to 5 hours of sleep at the most.. and now i am 40 weeks and 4 days can barely walk. My doctor wont induce me for another week! I have three other munchkins at home and its so hard to move off of the couch. Iv'e tried everything to try to ease the pain It all feels hopeless and with no sign of labor on the way... what do i do now??? I'm stuck. I want to wait but i don't think i can take it anymore. I'm in pain all the time. My doctor doesn't seem to care..
