Control weather for fun?

If I could control the weather for fun?....I'd have random extreme temperature fluctuations just to see how the weatherman would react. "Today the temperature dropped to 26 below, only for a minute, then leaped back up to 85. All weather stations reporting this. We don't know what happened at this point, the National Weather Service is investigating. Please, stay calm..."
