On Young and the restless do you think Phylis' plan will back fire for getting custody of Lucy?

I want her whole plan to blow up in her face. She lost all her friends, her son because of what she is doing. I wish Nick would file for full custody of Summer, telling Phyllis that she has to chose between her daughter or Lucy, that she can't have both.
