How do you explain to someone that you're allergic to water?

I wouldn`t know where to start to tell anyone on a regular basis.I would probably ask my G.P. to f-refer me to a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist or pay for some neuru-liguistic-programming, to help me manage it ithout trauma.
