Advice...about this guy ?

So today I started doing jr lifeguards and I couldn't help but notice this extremely cute guy in my group. I just have this feeling that I need to get together with him because he seems really nice and cool. I can't stop looking at him and its really distracting so I can't focus on whatever were doing. I need to do something about this guy I just don't know what to do...please please please help I need advice
