Eating healthier? Does this sound healthy?

Try taking your meals that you have and splitting them into 3 small meals and a couple snacks- eating small amounts throughout the day is healthier than three big meals. Be careful with juices- make sure they are have natural sugar and not too much processed junk. Maybe add a little more dairy (I know you have some cheese and milk already) try maybe yogurt and fruit for a snack, or drink another glass of milk through the day. Skim milk is healthiest but 1% or even 2% are okay too. The rest sounds good though. Plenty of fruits and veggies. Just make sure to get enough carbs if you are exercising (like adding a small serving of pasta- but not as the main part of a meal) Good luck and I'm glad to see someone who want to lose weight in a healthy way!
