On Young and the restless how is victor going to get back at Adam?

Victor will call the media and announce en emergency interview to expose Adam for perpetrating a fraud and financially gaining from the fraud. There has to be some legal ramifications from doing what Adam did and Victor will enjoy seeing him brought up on charges. There really is no way to say how many people were hurt because of what Adam did.
