My Roborovski hamster is very tired/weak but restless?

At night, take a peek at him. If he is running around and doing regular hamster things then he should be okay. Hamsters sleep during the day and are active during the night. If he does not wake up I suggest bringing him to the vet and contacting the store you bought him from. Good luck.
