How did I eat today? Okay?

You did pretty good but with your snacks you only had simple carbs to make it a complex carb I would recommend you add 5 or 6 almonds with it. The Banana is high glycemic so it won't keep you satisfied as long. With the broiled lean ham you need to have no more than 4oz. with your meal. What I do is interval training on the treadmill so I walk a quarter mile then I jog a quarter mile for 30min. If you do less than 30 min. you are just burning calories but once you do thirty or over you are burning fat.
