How can you get inside your house when you are locked out?

My friend is locked out of her/his house, and he/she doesnt have his/her keys and is too short to climb a window all her/his doors are locked/ If she/he calls her/his parents they will get mad at him/her and his/her siblings are in school. Its drizzling outside and he/she also really needs to go to the bathroom. The only person in the house is her/his dog. What can she/ he do?
