Do you think there would be a lot of people at the mall even if its cloudy/rainy day?

the weather is cloudy and its kind of drizzling. l may go to the mall however l dont like going where there's a lot of people, its 2:30 do you think there would be a lot of people at the mall when in this weather? the mall is medium sized its not that big but not small. thanks for your opinion
