Did I cook this lemon chicken & spinach recipe right? Can you look at the picture?

Next time instead of Pam, use olive oil you get a much better flavor and you HAVE to brown your chicken more. You want to make sure the chicken is a nice deep golden brown. That way when you make your sauce the dark bits and pieces left on the pan will help flavor your sauce more. Make sure you always salt and pepper every component of your dish, that way the flavors will carry over and everything will be well seasoned. Also, it looks like maybe you added a little too much cornstarch.
