Cat pregnancy complications?

My cat is 9 weeks pregnant, last night I came home and she had bloody mucas coming out( one signs of labor) Well this morning I noticed there wasnt very much coming out anymore so I called the vet, he said not to worry and thats it... Well today her breathing has increased and she seems restless but she is eating and drinking....what do you think is going on?
