Any help with my sexual life question?

Ok this is a little weired but if anyone with experience could help, that would be great. Ok, so when i masturbait i sperm wicked fast, like within 30 seconds but i have been able to make it like 5 minutes. But when i masturbaite, like i said, i sperm (a lot), but like 10 minutes later more sperm comes up and get's all over the inside of my boxers! And i have tried peeing ALOT but after ever time i pee, i have to wipe my pee hole beacuse sperm is drizzling out. And this goes on for about all of the times i pee that day. I dont know how to empty it out and i have put some toilet paper around my penis but its so anoying. So any tips or help?!?
